Order Acceptance Policy
Receiving an order confirmation via electronic means is not a steadfast offer to sell. ReallyLearnGuitar.com, RLGuitaronline.com and Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. must reserve the right to cancel or limit the order quantity on any item, without prior notification. Products are available in the U.S. and Canada only, at this time. For all other requests please contact us. All orders over the amount of $500.00 must obtain an approval from the Accounting/Credit/Fraud Department in order to protect the interests of all of our customers. This approval may require additional verification which may result in the delay of the shipment of your order until such verification is made. ReallyLearnGuitar.com, RLGuitaronline.com and Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. reserve the right to refuse to do business with any individual or business. Also, ReallyLearnGuitar.com, RLGuitaronline.com and Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time after an order is placed.
Underage Customers
Our products and services are marketed for purchase by adults or with the consent of adults. This is why ReallyLearnGuitar.com, RLGuitaronline.com and Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. require customers to be over 18 years of age with a credit card that has been authorized for use to complete purchases on our site.
Shipping - DVDs
All orders for the complete DVD course are shipped UPS Ground Service and are available to customers residing in the United States and Canada ONLY. Other international customers may subscribe to the downloadable version of the lessons. Multiple items may be shipped separately. A handling charge applies. Customers will be notified of shipment, along with tracking number via e-mail address provided during the order placement process. UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES.
Individual Levels on DVD are shipped via U.S. Post Office - First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.
Money Back Guarantee - DVDs
Purchasers of the 'Really Learn Guitar' complete 12-hour DVD course receive a 30-day, money back, guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, just return the course to us and we will refund the price you paid for the course, as well as any taxes paid. A credit will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used at time of purchase. Any shipping charges incurred are not reimbursed. The money back guarantee applies to the complete 12-hour course ONLY, and does not apply to individual DVDs or any downloadable products. Day 1 of the 30-day period begins the day after the purchase date.
Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. makes every effort to ship DVD orders within 24 hours of purchase. See 'Shipping - DVDs' above for more shipping details.
All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number please contact us. We will email you an RMA form for you to include with your shipment back to us. The RMA form will provide all details necessary for a successful return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Downloads
1. All products made available for download are copyrighted by Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. and are intended for non-commercial private use only. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, hiring, lending, public performance and broadcasting is prohibited.
2. The downloadable lesson files are large. Subscribers acknowledge and agree that they meet the minimum broadband network requirements (no dial-up connections) and the minimum computer system requirements. No refunds will be given for failure to meet the minimum system requirements.
3. Usernames and passwords are intended for use by the subscriber and may not be shared, sold or otherwise distributed in any way. Username and password sharing or distribution will result in the subscriber losing all privilages to this website and the individual in violation will be permanently banned from future purchases, subscriptions and website access without refund.
Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies for violation of these terms.
4. Subscribing to this website implies agreement with our terms of use,
privacy policy, and returns policy.
5. All memberships will remain in effect for a minimum of 1 year from the time of sign-up and will remain in effect as long as feasible. It is assumed that members can easily download their subscription content within the 1-year timeframe. Any intention of wigged-out productions, inc. to terminate this subscription website will be made known to all members via their email address on file. Members are encouraged to keep their email addresses updated. Updating of email addresses and other subscriber information may be accomplished via the MEMBER'S LOGIN.
Coupon Codes / Promo Codes
'Coupon codes' and/or 'Promo codes' are offered for the downloadable version of the lessons and are only applicable according to the terms in the advertisement where displayed.
Use of an inapplicable 'Coupon code' or 'Promo code' may result in successful processing of payment and membership sign-up with no discount being given. Users are responsible for verifying the total amount charged before completing the transaction. Customers may continue with sign-up, or not, at their own discretion. No refunds will be provided once the customer completes the membership sign-up process.
Returns/Defective Items/Mistakes - DVDs
Because of our same day shipping goal, most orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you need to cancel an order, DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY as you may incur a charge. Instead, accept the delivery and contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL NOT BE HONORED.
For items NOT covered by a money-back guarantee, DVDs AND CDs MAY NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS DEFECTIVE. If you have received a defective item, we'll be happy to replace it for the exact same item once we've received it back and tested it. Any other items for return must be unopened and in the same condition in which they were sent.
If your return is accepted, you'll receive a refund back to the credit card or PayPal account used on the original order. Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. uses PayPal to process all credit card orders and does NOT retain customer credit card info, so please include your ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD info and contact telephone number so your credit can be processed. Your telephone number will NOT be used for any other purpose. Return postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.
ALL RETURNS, REGARDLESS OF REASON MUST CONTAIN A COPY OF THE INVOICE IN THE PACKAGE, ALONG WITH THE RMA AND A NOTE EXPLAINING THE SITUATION.
If you were sent an item by mistake which you need to return (either to exchange for the correct item or a credit) we'll do whatever we need to help fix the problem.
Contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning the
item(s). If it's appropriate, we'll credit your credit card for the reasonable return postage for sending the item(s) back. Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. uses PayPal to process all credit card orders and does NOT retain customer credit card info, so please include your CREDIT CARD info in case we need to adjust the amounts that were charged.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, ReallyLearnGuitar.com, RLGuitaronline.com and Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order cancelled, ReallyLearnGuitar.com, RLGuitaronline.com and Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If an order ships with a significant pricing error because of a typegraphical error, ReallyLearnGuitar.com, RLGuitaronline.com and Wigged-Out Productions, Inc. may charge the customer the difference between the correct amount and the incorrect amount, or the customer may return the order.
